Admission tickets to the event $20 per head (VIP – Corporate Passes).

As an example if you took a large marquee and catered for 40 guests with a buffet luncheon it would cost $1,950 (tax deductible) + drinks  (marque $200, tables $75, chairs $120, linen $50, TV $110, food $700, admission tickets $800).

You could invite 20 guests to the carnival and have your corporate Marquee as a meeting area and limit your cost to just $550 – tax deductible (marquee $150, tickets $400).
